These terms apply to your use of the StellarCortex HQ software and this website, operated by Avi Twil ("we"). By using the software or the website you agree to them.

1. Open-source license

The software's source code is distributed under the MIT License, which lets you use, copy, modify and distribute it under its terms. Where this page and the license conflict regarding the code, the license prevails. The StellarCortex name and logo are not licensed under it.

2. Beta software

The software is in beta. It may contain bugs and change, and features may change or be removed. Back up important data and do not rely on it for critical tasks.

3. AI agents and your responsibility

• Agents act on your behalf with the permissions you give them. You are responsible for what they do, for their output, and for reviewing it before use.
• AI output can be wrong. Do not rely on it as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
• Model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others) are reached through your own account, and their costs and terms apply to you. Use a subscription or key only as its provider allows. The software includes budget limits, but your account remains your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the software or website for anything unlawful, to harm others, to access systems without authorization, to distribute malware, or to circumvent model providers' terms. Do not attempt to attack or overload our report server.

5. Reports and support

Reporting a problem is voluntary. We try to reply but do not guarantee a response time or a fix. If you send us a suggestion, we may use it without any obligation to you.

6. No warranty

The software and website are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or charges incurred with model providers, arising from use of or inability to use the software.

9. Changes and discontinuation

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and continued use after an update means you accept it. We may also discontinue the website or the report server. Software you already installed keeps working.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
